Patriots-Bengals Ticket Giveaway!

October 1, 2014 by Mike Dussault

I’m giving away another pair of tickets to this weekend’s game! Today’s contest will be all about you and your Patriots swag. I want to send the biggest Pats freak out there to cheer on our team when they need it most!

The rules are tweet or make Tumblr post with a picture of yourself in full Patriots gear – the more the better – with this caption:

“Trying to win #PatriotsNRG tickets courtesy of @PatsPropaganda & @nrgenergy”

If you don’t use this caption I won’t see it and you won’t be eligible. So get your copy and paste on!

At 6pm EST I will pick three (or so) finalists and then post them on PatsPropaganda.com so everyone can vote on the best one.

At 8pm EST the winner will be announced.

Winner gets two tickets to the game to cheer on the Pats!

And you might have to confirm it is in fact you in the picture so don’t go googling some outrageous Pats zealot that’s not you. Real super fans only!

The problem with bad pass protection is the quarterback knows it’s bad and, human nature being what it is, starts to speed up his play. Tom Brady has done that. He even did it against Miami which, considering it was Week 1, tells you there had been protection problems in practice. The Patriots mostly use a short-drop passing attack, so it seems intuitive that it’s not exactly bad for a quarterback to speed up. But it doesn’t work that way. Speeding up means distorting the synchronization of route concepts. The Patriots’ passing game hinges on that synchronization.

New England Patriots’ issues on offense can be fixed by Bill Belichick | The MMQB with Peter King

Must read for actual football analysis and really, everything I’ve been talking about the last couple days.

Don’t Write Off The Patriots Just Yet – Extra Points – Boston.com

Don’t Write Off The Patriots Just Yet – Extra Points – Boston.com

I’m certainly not writing off the Patriots. Things can certainly look a lot better in a hurry. And really, isn’t it nice to have a little early-season drama? I don’t know about you guys but it’s usually all we have until the end-of-season autopsy. Losing to the Bills or Cardinals is one thing, but looking offensively inept is another. Everyone’s piling on this week but here’s a huge chance to right the ship in just four days.

Knee Jerk Reactions to Week 4: Pats vs Chiefs Barstool Sports: Boston

As always, on one sums it up better than Jerry Thornton. On the bright side, it’s already Tuesday afternoon. We’re about 18 hours from it being all Bengals. Which is a good thing, I think?

Barring a late change, look for running back BenJarvus Green-Ellis to make it to the open market on March 13, with the possibility of his return to New England remaining open. It appears the Patriots have set a value on Green-Ellis, and it’s not at a level that has Green-Ellis ready to sign before seeing […]
