Reports indicating that the Pats have expressed interest in Safety Laron Landry. Landry’s had injury issues recently which should help keep his price tag down. But when healthy he’s surely a player that could help New England, plus he played for Nick Saban at LSU, always a positive sign.

Seems clear the Pats are keeping a close eye on the free agent safeties, and given the safety draft class it makes sense. I just hope if the Pats do get him that he keeps the half shirts going. Love the fringe!

Gregory has played nickel back and both safety positions, as well as special teams in his career. Bill Belichick appreciates versatility in defensive backs, and Gregory fits that profile.
