Choosing from Patriots Hall of Fame Finalists

April 21, 2018 by Mike Dussault

The Patriots announced the three finalists to be inducted into the team Hall of Fame this summer, putting us all in a bind over trying to choose amongst our favorite players from the original days of the dynasty. This year Matt Light, Mike Vrabel and Richard Seymour are those whom we have to choose from, no easy decision by any means.

All three burst onto the scene in 2001, with Light and Seymour stepping in immediately as impact rookies and Vrabel being one of the first of many veteran castoffs who found success under Bill Belichick in New England.

Let’s take a quick look at all three and then decide who gets the PatsPropaganda vote this year.

Drew Bledsoe elected to Patriots Hall of Fame

May 16, 2011 by Mike Dussault

Congrats to Drew, he had our vote for sure. Sorry to Houston Antwine, he’s definitely deserving to get in at some point but Bledsoe set the stage for the dynasty. But most of all he made it fun to be a Patriots fan again.

Congrats to Sam “Bam” Cunningham for being the newest inductee to the Patriots Hall of Fame. Educate yourself on his career here. Interesting tid bit: he was once on a episode of Family Feud.

The Pats are known for being one of the most chameleon-like teams on both offense and defense in the league when it comes to scheming for a specific opponent. Do you think its true that they are only looking one week ahead at any given point, or do they spend more time preparing for stronger opponents that may be a few weeks away?

You know this is similar to a question I’d like to ask Belichick, which is how much they have to take in factors like potential in-season matchups into account going into the season. For a simple example, if a divisional opponent is stocking up on big receivers, do you try to counter that move with […]
