“Had a good day today,” he said. “Had a good practice, ran around, made some plays and looking forward to Sunday, so we’ll see.” Does that mean he’ll play? “Had a good day today, so we’ll see what tomorrow’s like and go from there,” Amendola replied.
The Patriots will likely get a boost on offense Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons with the return of All-Pro tight end Rob Gronkowski and wide receiver Danny Amendola, according to a league source.

Let the misinformation game continue. I honestly still wouldn’t be surprised if neither dressed.

“I anticipate being 100 percent shortly,” Amendola told reporters in the Patriots locker room on Wednesday.

Normal recovery time, even without surgery, is anywhere from two to six weeks. League sources said Amendola is healing faster than that, at a pace closer to three to four, which means he might play as soon as next Sunday at Atlanta.
If Gronk and Amendola come back this week? Oh boy…
