Yes the offense looked pretty unstoppable at times but those three possessions in crunch time (Punt, Downs, Fumble) are disturbing. They must get better at closing teams out.

Not too much new to take from this one. The Pats D forced enough turnovers to make the difference. The deep ball problems continue, but perhaps Dennard has something to offer that Sterling Moore doesn’t.

The pass coverage out of the initial nickel defense struggled, and a personnel adjustment – rookie Alfonzo Dennard in for Sterling Moore – helped produce a spark with a third-down stop in the second quarter. Dennard, the seventh-round pick out of Nebraska, was credited with a pass breakup on the third-down stop.
