Ninkovich steps up and ends it. Did you really think it would come any other way? Forced Jets mistake. Ballgame. 

Credit to Brady in crunch time, he delivered two drives to save and win the game and that counts for a lot. Especially on a day when his receivers were dropping balls.

As for the defense they didn’t show us anything new. Only this time they came through with the clutch turnover. So for now we’ll take the divisional win, but the issues continue. Let’s just hope we can hang on until we start to get healthy. 

Then we really need to see some improvement or else this team isn’t going anywhere.

Can they close out a good team late without relying on the defense? Actually, that has been a problem against any team since the start of the 2010 season. The Patriots have been in position to put a game away offensively 16 times. Brady & Co. have delivered just five times (31.3 percent)

It’s a “character” test for the Patriots today. Last Sunday’s loss to the Seahawks was one of the most frustrating for the team in Bill Belichick’s 13-year tenure. We already know the Patriots have mental toughness from their comeback win over the Bills in Week 4, and today, we should learn even more about this team. By the end of the week, I sensed that confident players were embracing the same mindset.
