Competition is competition. That’s just basing on what the performance is, all that is decided on the field.

INSPIRATION: BILL BELICHICK 

Reason: Anybody can work hard, but not everyone works smart. I believe Bill Belichick is the poster child for working smart. A true outlier, Belichick preaches ‘learning by doing’ and mastering a craft by repetition. I love this particular photo of BB because it captured him at an early point of his career taking his job very seriously.
