[It] brings out the best in guys that are established that they’re being pushed [and] it brings out the best from guys who aren’t established, who know they have an opportunity. Competition is competition. That’s just basing on what the performance is, all that is decided on the field.

INSPIRATION: BILL BELICHICK 

Reason: Anybody can work hard, but not everyone works smart. I believe Bill Belichick is the poster child for working smart. A true outlier, Belichick preaches ‘learning by doing’ and mastering a craft by repetition. I love this particular photo of BB because it captured him at an early point of his career taking his job very seriously.
