It’s hard to explain this to people, but the commitment I make, in terms of keeping my body in shape and my nutrition right, should make me healthy. I feel better today than when I was 25, and I know that’s hard for people to believe, but I do. I work at it. Basically, I work all off-season to prepare my body to not get hurt. Is there a defensive playbook from the pats online to look at? I’ve seen a 2004 offensive playbook online, but I could never find a defensive one.

Closest thing online is this ‘97 Belichick Jets Defensive Playbook. And here’s the 2004 Pats Offensive Playbook. Most interesting thing to study in that is all the different route combinations. Gives you a sense of why the WR position is a tough one.
