Today in horrible (and by horrible I mean awesome) Patriots Schwag Hunt we bring you this Patriots toaster. I could describe it for you but it’s probably better to let the ad do the talking:

Does your breakfast lack team spirit?!? Spice up the most important meal of the day with this NFL® ProToast™ toaster from Pangea®. The retro-style appliance leaves the mark of the squad’s emblem on every piece of bread. It also features adjustable settings and can accommodate 2 slices of bread.

Because you’re not a true fan unless your teams logo is burned into your toast. And what’s with the implication that your breakfast can’t lack team spirit? Personally I make an omelet shaped like the Flying Elvis everyday, so F off NFL ProToast!

Which do you think makes teams more cautious about prospects: injury prone or character problems

I’d go with character problems. I’ve never really believed that “injury prone” is truly a thing. There needs to be a study on it. There are certainly a small percentage of guys that truly are frail, but just because a guy has a couple injuries, even if they’re major, doesn’t necessarily make him injury prone. […]
