Eric Mangini, Unlikely Voice of Reason
I can’t believe I’m about to type this but I’ve really enjoyed Mangini’s Pats analysis since becoming a talking head pundit on radio and TV. Love him or hate him he was on the inside at one time. He knows how it works. He sees things that we don’t see. And he’s even beaten the Patriots a couple times. He knows what he’s talking about and it almost makes me forgive him for 2007. Almost.
Hate to admit it but I love Mangini’s new mediot gig. Here’s a great clip of him talking Pats last year.

I have my issues with Fredo but he’s absolutely qualified to talk about the schemes and philosophies of the Patriots. Love that he calls the Pats “incredibly patient”. Great stuff, must watch!

These two guys should have one of the more intriguing training camp battles. I’d expect Brandon LaFell to be in the mix as well.
