Do you think Belichick has something up his sleeve this off season similar to the ones in the past? Like Moss, Welker, Ochocinco, Haynesworth, Revis Browner, Mankins trade, & more I maybe missing.

I don’t really think BB is as much of a calculating genius as some might. His balanced approach leaves the door open to pounce when guys get released or are available via trade, especially if they’re willing to take a team-friendly deal to come to New England.

Will something like this happen this year? Hard to say. I’m not just going to run down every team/possible player who might fit.

I do think the position to watch is at guard, not cornerback as many might hope. There’s nine corners on the roster currently, and if the front seven progresses like they should, especially with how they’re able to get to the quarterback, I think we’ll be fine coverage-wise.

But at guard, where you only have Wendell, who isn’t really even a guard, I think making a move might be very necessary, especially if Connolly doesn’t come back.

Seems like Connolly returning was just a foregone conclusion to most of us, but now that there are other teams interested in him, it makes this an even more critical area. I could see a rookie starting at RG if Connolly is back. But Wendell and a rookie at left guard is a little scary.

Friday morning, I got in the gym about 6,” McIlroy said Wednesday after his pro-am at the Bay Hill Club, where he will play the Arnold Palmer Invitational for the first time starting Thursday. “Brady walked in at 6:15, and the Mannings walked in at 6:30. That was my time to leave.

Fletcher seemed to fall into one of those traps that ensnare cornerbacks, hockey goaltenders and relief pitchers in baseball. His confidence got shaken during the 2014 season and he never looked like the same player.

Pats signed Bradley Fletcher this morning and while he certainly isn’t the shining knight many were hoping for, he provides veteran depth and good size to the corner group. How much he plays, or really whether or not he sticks, will depend on training camp.

Cowboys vs. Patriots 1987 Lowlights

Found out from my Dad that this was a game we went to. I can see why I have no recollection of it now. But who doesn’t love Grogan neckroll in its prime and a young Chris Berman saying “he could go all the way” before it was a cliche?
