It’s become clear that the Patriots are going to lean on the screen game more this season than they have the last few years. They have run them several times in practice to this point in camp, and the offense was spotted working on them at the end of practice. They were able to successful execute the screen on a handful of occasions throughout practice, but one screen pass for Shane Vereen from Ryan Mallett was blown up by the defense.
