I still think Kris Jenkins talks like Jamie Foxx’s character Wanda from In Living Color, but this is a pretty good scientific breakdown of the principles of leverage. While Patriots center Dan Koppen is only 6’ 2" he does have an advantage getting lower than Jenkins. This is why 3-4 nose tackles can be shorter and fatter like Vince Wilfork, helps them anchor and gain leverage.
