Do people expect the Seattle to give us a game? I thinking blow out, pats always seem to give rookie qb’s the welcome to the league game, wht u think?

October 12, 2012 by Mike Dussault

Well given how the Arizona game went this year I’m not quite ready to say it will be a blowout. If Seattle can be disruptive with their front four and Russell Wilson doesn’t turn the ball over it will be a close game. But I think the Patriots will be able to move the ball, and if they can finish with touchdowns I’m not sure the Seattle offense will be able to keep pace. It’s the NFL, anything can happen, but I like the Pats by a minimum of 10 barring Seattle playing the perfect game and getting all the bounces.

At basically mid-season, what do you see the Patriots needing to address in the offseason through FA/draft? Besides Talib, who else is in their contract year and a priority to retain?

I’ve been saying it for three years, but I’d love to see an impact defensive tackle added, preferably in the draft. Now I don’t think they have a choice. Right now this is how I would list the priorities… Defensive Tackle Guard/Center Coverage Linebacker Slot Corner Tight End We’ll see on the wide receivers, but […]
