Bill Belichick expert at covering up personnel mistakes – NFL.com

That’s one way to put it. Another way to put it was that Belichick has no ego when it comes to personnel moves. All that matters is whether they can perform at the level he wants or not. If they can’t they’re gone, regardless of what the Patriots gave up to get them or how much they’re getting paid.

Does anyone really think BB gives a crap about how many draft picks he missed on? There’s one thing he gives a crap about. Winning games. Period.
