Any predictions for the rest of free agency?

March 16, 2013 by Mike Dussault

Putting together a piece that will run Tuesday on this, but based on who’s already in, I’d say:

  • Bring Vollmer back: Clearly he’s weighing some offers but he hasn’t jumped yet. Otherwise get in on the next best available right tackle. And backup left tackle.
  • Keep bringing in receivers. There needs to be at least 1-2 more free agents signed there to truly be ready for the draft.
  • Lock down at least one of the veteran pass rushers in Freeney and/or Abraham. Doubt anything happens with Dumervil.
  • The defensive tackle market is not great, but they should grab 1-2 of them as well.

Target players will run in Tuesday’s piece.
